Directors are elected from CCC#19 owners to the CCC#19 board during an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for a term of three (3) years. Five (5) directors are elected and three (3) are needed to form a quorum for conducting any CCC#19 business. If a director resigns and a qourum remains, the board may appoint a replacement until the next AGM. The board elects a President from among its members. The board appoints from among its members the following officers of the board: Secretary, Vice-President, Treasurer, and any other officer as needed. The board has engaged the Condomimium Management Group to manage CCC#19 common elements. The Board of Directors usually meets once a month at the board office at 15 Jackson Court. All board decisions are determined by a majority vote of the elected directors. Any owner may attend a board meeting by making a request through CCC#19 Property Manager Scott Smith of the Condomimium Management Group. All property maintenance and repair requests should be directed to CCC#19 Property Manager Scott Smith |
